Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:
  • Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Products such as projectors, scanners, AV equipment, and electronic accessories are eligible for return only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Software, digital products, and consumables are non-returnable.
  • Opened or used hygiene-related products are not eligible for return.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  1. Replacement Policy:
  • If a product is found defective upon delivery, a free replacement will be arranged.
  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Our team will guide you on the return shipping process or arrange a pickup if applicable.
  1. Cancellations:
  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.
