- Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

- Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Software, digital products, and consumables are non-returnable.
- Opened or used hygiene-related products are not eligible for return.
- Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
- Replacement Policy:
- If a product is found defective upon delivery, a free replacement will be arranged.
